TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Right of admission reserved.

2. Any Person/Official/Spectator/Player contravening these terms & conditions could be held liable for repair/ban/fine/suspension and any legal implications involved that govern the law of the republic of South Africa.

3. Failure to comply with these terms & Conditions shall constitute a breach of agreement/contract. Fine/Ban/ Suspension may be issued.

4. Sub-Socca and its members are not liable to any person on and/ or the use of there facilities constituting as Sub-Socca.

5. No Spectators are allowed to play or be present on the playing field/bench at any given time.

6. An entry fee is required per team.

7. A Deposit is required 30 days before the league commences.

8. The entry fee will be required 21 days before the league commences.

9. Should the team cancel before the league commences, the full administration fee will be forfeited to defray costs.

10. Should cancellation occur on/after the 21-day period prior to the league commencing, the full entrance fee will be forfeited by the team to defray costs.

11. Should the alternative amounts not be paid to the league by the due date, the league will remove that particular team and keep any monies paid to them to defray costs.

12. Once the full amount has been paid to the league, no monies will be returned to the teams other than the deposit fee at the end of the tournament unless there is an outstanding fine/payment.

13. Should the organising committee league request that a full balance of the deposit money be paid in to top up the deposit money, the team has to comply with such a request to be able to continue in the league. Should the team not comply with such a request, the organising committee may remove the team from the league and no monies will be owed to the team/player/s.

14. Should the above requirements be met, the team whom initially introduces the new team shall receive a discount of R100.00 provided that they have paid before there due dates and both teams agree that they have been introduced by each other.

15. The deposit will be drawn from for yellow/red cards and all fines.

16. The winners will receive a replica of “Sub-Socca” (The Winning Trophy) and medals. Their team name will go onto the original “Sub-Socca” trophy.

17. 2nd Place will receive trophies and medals.

18. 3rd Place will receive trophies and medals.

19. Various trophies will be handed out.

20. Sub-Socca and/or the organizing committee may not be held responsible for any loss, damaged/injuries suffered to any person/object/s that are present there during the league. Any/All players/spectators/members/families play/participate/support at there own risk.

21. Any and all player/s and/or team/s who cause any damage to the stadium or its surrounding area/s will be held liable to repair/pay the damages incurred by such action/s. Should these damages be caused intentionally, the spectator/s, player/s, team/s will also be liable to be suspended/banned/finned.

22. Managers are responsible in helping maintain the peace in the stadium and its surrounding area/s. All managers/teams are responsible for the actions of there spectators. Should a spectator damage or cause any damages to the stadium, disrupt the league and should a levy be charged to repair/replace the damages, and the spectator not pay, the team to whom the spectator supports will be liable for the costs involved. Please note: Instances like these where spectators bring the tournament into disrepute or cause damages to property within the stadium area, the Committee will hand over information to the relevant authorities, where these actions will be dealt with.

23. There will be designated official/s for each game.

24. Futsal Laws/Sub-Socca Laws and Regulations will apply to this league unless specified otherwise, or amended by the organising committee.

25. The referee’s/s decision is final. No games will be played under protest.

26. Should there be any discrepancies with any incidents, which are not mentioned in this Memorandum, The organising committee will then make a fair decision.

27. Fixtures and all correspondence will be available, it is up to the managers to ensure that there players receive all relevant information. Managers are responsible for their teams.

28. Match dates and times are to be ad-heard to and teams/players not abiding by this conduct, stand to forfeit the three (3) points to the opposing team. A fine will be issued.

29. All teams who are not present at the stadium thirty minutes (30) before their match commencing and on kick off time, not have Five (5) players kitted up on the field will forfeit their match, Pay their R200.00 fine and the opponents will receive the three (3) match points and three (3) goals. Any late teams who still play will be charged R100.00 for being late.

30. Should both teams not show up for a match, both teams will be fined and no teams will get points.

31. Any player who receives a yellow card shall be fined R10.00.

32. Any player who is sent off shall pay a minimum fine of R50-00. A match suspension/fine/ban will be determined by the organising committee should it be deemed necessary.

33. Fine/s and/or ban/s and/or suspension/s will be up to the organising committee’s discretion and will be enforce as soon as issued.

34. Ungentle manly conduct and bad behaviour from any player/s or team/s will be dealt with harshly. A suspension/fine/ban will be issued.

35. Fighting will not be tolerated and defaulters could be liable for a fine/ban/suspension.

36. Foul/Vulgar language will not be tolerated at all and defaulters could be liable for either a fine/banned/suspension.

37. No un-registered players are permitted to play (Player/s must be on the team sheet). Should a Team field an Un-registered player/s, they will forfeit 3 points and loose that game automatically. The team will be liable for a fine. Players must carry positive identification on them at all times.

38. No Registered player may play for two teams.

39. A new player who did not play for any team during a given season shall pay R100 admin fee (Copy of I.D book is required).

40. A transferred player shall pay R500 to play for another team.

41. Should a player wish to play for another team, the designated player shall pay R500.00 admin fee. He will then be eligible to represent the other team.

42. Notice will be given for the deadline of the transfer market for players. Once that has been issued new players will have to pay R100.00 administration fee and old players will not be allowed to play for a new team during that league unless he pays R500 to play for a new team as he is considered to be part of the existing league when it commenced.

43. All players in the same team are to dress the same.

44. Absolutely no jewellery to be worn during a match.

45. A team shall consist of no more that twelve (12) players Registered.

46. All managers/players must sign their team application stating that they agree to play for that particular team.

47. No matches shall be postponed. Should the committee deem a match/s not playable, a future date will be set and both teams are required to play on that scheduled date provided that 12 hours notice has been given.

48. If two teams result in the same position/points/Goal difference/Goals fore/goals against/ and there group match is a draw, yellow/red card/s will be the decider. Should there be no winner after that point then a coin toss will be the final decider.

49. Once a team pays their administration fee of deposit, they enter into agreement with the tournament to abide by the laws governing the tournament.

50. Prizes/medals may be adjusted according to the teams at the leagues discretion.

51. Amendments will be made to all the documents partaking to the league; therefore all amendments will be in force as soon as the league deems it necessary. This is for the Good of the game.

52. Should any needed information be added to this memorandum, all managers will be advised.

53. Any person/s and/or team/s not complying with these regulations could face being removed from the league and no monies will be owed to them.

54. All teams/players entering this league agree to the rules and regulations and shall abide by the terms and conditions, failing to do so the organising committee will take the necessary action.

55. Should a player/s/team/s be guilty of contravening these laws and the laws of the game and not respect he’s “reprimand “that the organising committee has issued to him, the organising committee will remove him from the league and no monies will be owed to him

56. Should a team be removed from the league, The league will make a conscience decision as how to award points for the other teams who have not yet played the team that was removed and how to deal with the points/goals already allocated to the games which have already taken place.

57. Once a player plays a match, he is automatically registered to that team.

58. Any registered play will be held accountable for he’s team whether he’s team is still in the league or not.

59. Should a player wish to be transferred from a team which has been suspended or removed, the league will decide whether or not to allow such a transfer, and if so the full transfer amount will go towards the league.

60. Credit records are being kept, and judgments will be summoned should players/teams not for fill their financial obligations.

61. Due to the league experiencing new difficulties. These terms and conditions will be changed on a regular basis to improve the latter of the game and to slowly introduce these terms and conditions as a constitution.

62. A copy of each player’s id book is required for a player to be eligible to play.

63. Once a team/s have paid any amount to the league they are obligated to for fill all obligations with the league and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions whether read or not.

64. No Team/s Player/s Official/s will have any claim against the league and its members and officials.

65. All Players, Teams, Officials, Spectators indemnify the League and its members, officials and the owners, managers, members of the facilities under any civil, legal claims whatsoever under any circumstances whatsoever.

66. Players defaulting with serious offences may be charged to face tribunal charges that are given under S.A.F.A, F.I.F.A and the Law governing the Republic of South Africa.

67. The League cannot be responsible for any misprints or incorrect information given out by any media whatsoever.

68. The last date of this version will take preference over all previous versions
